Hello!

My name is Reese Snyder, and I'm the Owner & Creative Director of Events by Reese. Since I can remember, I always knew I wanted to work in the event production world, and I couldn't be more excited to share my passion and love for the industry.

Growing up in Calgary, Alberta, I have always gravitated toward the energy of the city's hospitality industry. From a young age, I grew up working in my family's event production business producing large-scale corporate events. My first summer after graduating high school, I coordinated my first wedding and instantly fell in love with the process. I loved that I could focus on the small details and create a memorable and personalized day for everybody in attendance. I decided to combine my knowledge of large-scale event production and newfound passion for weddings to create Events by Reese!

After graduating with honours from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management, I made so many amazing connections and learned various new skills that I love implementing into my events. In addition to Events by Reese, I also created a luxury picnic company called Posh Picnics. I am so lucky to have a fantastic team behind me that are just as obsessed with the details as I am. Together, we bring our client's vision to life, and I couldn't be more excited for the future of Events by Reese!
